Returns Policy
You may return an item sold by IsraelMilitary.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Notice of intention to return an item for refund must be made in writing via our Contact Page, before the item is returned. We will supply you with a physical return address.
Returns for refund must be made to the address we supply, at your own cost and risk, unless the goods were supplied faulty or damaged.
Items returned for refund must be returned undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging.
On receipt of the returned items, we will inspect the items, and credit your account less the original shipping fees. All efforts will be made to credit your
account as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, kindly notify us by email within 10 days of receipt of order. We will request you to return the item and ship you a replacement at our expense.
If you receive an incorrect item, kindly notify us by email within 10 days of receipt. We will request you to return the item and re-ship the correct item at our expense.
To exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size, please notify us in advance before shipping back the item for a new size. In such cases the shipping cost for the returned goods will be covered by the customer.

In case your order has not arrived, we request that you wait 30 days from time of order, in order to give a chance to the Mail Authorities. After 30 days please let us know if your order has not arrived.
